As the buyer for Delectably Yours Decor I am constantly searching new markets and vendors striving to bring new and exciting items to offer to you, our valued customer. Some items may be fads that come and go and others are classics that stand the test of time.  In the end, it is you, the buyer that determines what items and lines we offer.  Your input is very important to us! Without you, our store would not exist and continue to grow as it has. We strive on customer service and welcome all questions.  Most of the time we try to answer all within a min. of a 24 hour time period and most often much sooner. Just like any business, there are unavoidable server or email problems and we may not receive your inquiry to respond in the time frame you deserve and we desire to. Technology is great when it is working; once in a while it does not.

A bit of background about me:  I come from a interior design background but, mostly 20+ year real estate background, realtor first then opened and ran operations for Chase and GMAC mortgage companies for 15 until the last 5 years, I had a net branch, similar to having a franchise with a bankers license, we did loans for people all over the country, loan officers in various states etc. When the housing industry started to take a turn last year I was a bit nervous, I started to sell on ebay as a hobby that eventually turned into full time. When our company was bought out in june (over 500 offices nationwide) I was offered the position as branch manager.  I loved what I was doing and didn’t go with the new company.  I stayed with doing my “hobby” something I love. In June 2007, www.DelectablyYours.com was born. Customers were asking for more items, more styles and broader selections than is feasible to offer only on ebay.  All of you, our family of valued clients have created Delectably Yours Home Interiors and Decor. You ask for it, and we brought it. We will continue to add new products to meet your needs.  I am not in this business for the quick sale, $$ and to just push product.  The customer comments we receive attest to this. Only after I am comfortable with a vendor, the quality of their products and customer service they are then added to our website, www.DelectablyYours.com    

We have people that handle most all the shipping etc. but, I still like to keep the personal touch with clients the same as I did in the mortgage business.
